PP25-8025 is a medium-sized tandem axle trailer designed for transporting boats and yachts nearly 8 meters in length.

The trailer, on which you can easily transport a boat, motorboat, or yacht, features a sturdy frame made of closed profiles. Additionally, it is reinforced using four transverse supports and a guide running along the frame. On the guide, there are four sets of bottom supports made of polyurethane wheels with a diameter of 260 mm, metal rims, and bottom rollers. At the rear, there is a so-called cradle, i.e., a movable set of keel rollers and wheels, which includes three sets of wheels with bottom rollers. Its operation is limited to tilting when loading or unloading the boat from the trailer. Thanks to this and the side support system, loading the cargo is convenient and does not require much force. The transported boat is supported on the sides by four quadruple supports (two on each side). The brackets are fitted with durable polyurethane wheels with a diameter of fi 200 and steel rims. The polyurethane wheels used are highly resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. They are hard, and a special advantage is that they do not leave marks or scratches on the boat. LED lamps with a bayonet connector are fully sealed. Therefore, we can easily submerge the rear part of the trailer in water during loading or unloading. To protect the trailer surface from corrosion, its steel elements are hot-dip galvanized; this process protects against mechanical damage. However, we should remember regular cleaning and maintenance, especially when the vehicle comes into contact with salt water.

The boat trailer has the ability to adjust the axle position depending on the center of gravity of the transported load. The model also features WPS (Waterproof system), i.e., additional hub sealing. This prevents water from entering the bearings, which contributes to a longer service life and slower wear of the hubs and axles.
