ROBUST CONSTRUCTION AND THOUGHTFUL SOLUTIONS
A trailer designed for the convenient transportation of a boat, motorboat, or yacht, featuring a strong frame made of closed profiles. Additionally, the profile is reinforced with four transverse supports and a guide running along the entire frame. Four sets of bottom supports, consisting of polyurethane wheels and bottom rollers, are mounted on this guide. At the end of the guide, a so-called "cradle" is installed – a movable set of keel rollers and wheels with three sets of wheels and bottom roller sets. Its operation is limited to tilting when loading or unloading the boat from the trailer. Thanks to the winch and side support system, loading the cargo is convenient and requires little effort.

STABLE BOAT HOLDING SYSTEM
The transported boat is held on the sides by four quadruple supports (two on each side). They are equipped with durable polyurethane wheels.

In the center of the frame, along the sides, runs a guide that strengthens and stabilizes the entire structure. Bottom supports and the "cradle" are mounted on this guide.

The polyurethane wheels used in the trailer are highly resistant to wear and mechanical damage. Their great advantage is that they do not leave marks or scratches on the boat's surface.

SOLUTIONS FOR ENTHUSIASTS
Our trailer is designed to be easily adapted to various types of boats, motorboats, and yachts. Due to the ability to adjust the position of the bottom and side supports, the trailer can be individually tailored to the user's needs. This is extremely convenient and important for people professionally involved in the transport of watercraft.

The PP25-8025 model is designed for transporting boats up to 7 meters in length. However, thanks to the integrated lamp extension system, the trailer can be easily and quickly adapted to transport cargo up to 7.8 m in length. The maximum cargo weight should be 1.8 tons, or 2 tons if the gross vehicle weight is increased to 2.7 tons.

Thanks to the rear lamp extraction, opening, and closing system installed in the trailer, the trailer can be easily submerged in water when launching the boat. The rear lamp system is based on LED lighting and bayonet connectors, making it completely sealed.

The steel elements of the trailer are hot-dip galvanized. This provides the material with corrosion resistance and increases its resistance to mechanical damage. Nevertheless, it is necessary to regularly clean and maintain the trailer, especially if it comes into contact with salt water.

The twin-axle boat trailer allows for independent adjustment of the axle positions according to the center of gravity of the transported cargo. This model also features WPS (Waterproof System) – additional hub sealing that protects the bearings from water. This extends the service life of the hubs and axles and slows down their wear.
