Depending on your needs, you can now choose between two leasing models: basic car operational leasing (paying only for car use) or car operational leasing with services (including all car maintenance concerns).
Compared to bank leasing, both operational leasing options save a lot of time and the monthly payment is fixed for the entire contract period, unaffected by "Euribor" fluctuations or other price changes. By choosing basic car operational leasing, you pay only for car use and avoid financial uncertainty due to variable interest rates. And if you choose car operational leasing with services, the probability of unexpected expenses is minimized: the fixed monthly fee already includes insurance and technical car maintenance, meaning you won't have to pay extra for servicing or buy new tires.

When choosing car operational lease with services, the payment includes car usage and various maintenance-related services.
What is operational car leasing?
Operational car leasing is a long-term car rental service that allows you to use a brand new vehicle for a chosen rental period for a fixed monthly fee. The operational leasing period with "Mobire" is 36-60 months, and when the contract expires, you can return the car and choose a new one.
How does operational car leasing differ from operational car leasing with services?
Car operational lease (basic version) is exclusively focused on the use of the vehicle for a lower fixed monthly payment (the lessee takes care of insurance and maintenance themselves).
Car operational lease with services, in addition to the use of the car itself, also includes vehicle-related services such as:
• 24/7 roadside assistance;
• Mandatory car insurance (TPVCA);
• Casco insurance;
• Insurance claims management;
• Billing administration;
• Replacement car in all cases;
• Mandatory technical inspection;
• Fuel card.
• Regular technical maintenance;
• Naturally wearing parts;
• Summer and winter tires for the entire rental period;
•Tire mounting and storage.
Who can apply for operational car leasing services?
Individuals aged 23 to 75 who are Lithuanian citizens or have a valid residence permit in the country as well as a valid driver's license. For legal entities (active companies with no outstanding obligations or debts) we offer both leasing models.
What documents are needed to rent a car?
Business clients must provide the company's name and registration code, while individuals should provide their name, surname, and personal code.
Are operational car leasing cars new?
Yes. All "Mobire" operational leasing cars are completely new.
Can I terminate the lease agreement before the end of the lease period?
Yes, operational car leasing is a flexible solution. The agreement can be terminated early by notifying in writing and paying a termination fee, which can be from one to five months' rental fee.
What is the initial payment (rental start) fee?
With "Mobire" operational leasing, this fee starts at 0 euros, meaning you can start using a car without any initial payment if you wish. A higher start fee proportionally reduces the monthly payment.
Can I change the car during the lease period?
Yes, clients have the opportunity to exchange the leased car during the lease period by notifying in writing in advance and coordinating with "Mobire."
What happens to the car at the end of the lease period and can I purchase it?
At the end of the lease period, the client returns the leased car and can lease another new car. Since operational car leasing is primarily aimed at vehicle usage, the purchase option is not specified.
Do I have to purchase separate insurance for the operational leasing car?
If you choose operational leasing with services, TPVCA and KASKO insurances are already included in the payment. For basic operational leasing, insurance is not included in the monthly payment, so the lessee must obtain them separately for the car.
What should I do if I get into an accident with the leased car?
In the event of an accident or insurance incident, call the 24-hour service center at +370 606 70 222. If people are injured during the incident, immediately call the police and ambulance at number 112.
Can my family members (or company employees) use my leased car?
Yes. We will provide them with authorization to drive the leased car.
Are the cars covered with "Mobire" stickers and can I place my own advertising?
Our leased cars do not have service provider stickers. Upon agreement with "Mobire," you can place your company's advertising stickers on the car.
What happens if I exceed the mileage limit set in the agreement?
If you exceed the agreed mileage, an additional fee of 0.18 EUR per exceeded kilometer is applied at the end of the lease period. If a higher mileage is noticed, we recommend notifying us during the lease period so we can find an appropriate solution.
