Seller rating and reviews

In order to improve the visibility of Autoplius.lt portal's business partners and to improve the quality of the customer experience, we are introducing a new service - the "Seller Rating".

Customers will be able to rate their buying experience and leave a review about your company. Reviews will only be visible if you initiate the collection of reviews yourself and send an invitation to the customer (who has purchased your item) to rate*.

The rating of the seller's reviews is visible:

  • In the general list of ads and within ads;
  • On the seller's page.
  • This service is automatic for those Platinum plan subscribers.

Why collect feedback and ask customers to rate their buying experience?

  • It shows the credibility of the seller;
  • Helps to sell;
  • You will be more visible because you will stand out in the listings by having a seller rating;
  • You will have the opportunity to improve the quality of your service;
  • Increase your customer loyalty.

How to initiate feedback collection?

  • Click on "Your rating" in your account;
  • Select from the list the ad for the item you sold and click on "Invite to rate";
  • Fill in the form with the client's details and send it, wait for the client to rate you.

All reviews are monitored by the Autoplius.lt customer service team.

* If you do not initiate the collection of reviews, the rating will not be displayed in the ads.

* We can collect reviews from buyers who have purchased the item at least 3 months ago.
