Assets of UAB "INTERDRILL BALTIC", which is being liquidated due to bankruptcy, are for sale. The sale procedure is carried out by a court-appointed insolvency administrator.
The vehicle is located in Vilnius. The vehicle is not covered by compulsory civil liability insurance, does not have a valid technical inspection, and its permit to participate in public traffic has been suspended. The vehicle is sold in its actual and technical condition as it is at the time of sale. Potential buyers are recommended to inspect the vehicle at its location before the sale, to independently assess its technical and actual condition, completeness, possible defects, and other circumstances significant to the buyer. After the sale of the vehicle, the insolvency administrator will not accept claims regarding the vehicle's wear and tear, technical condition, completeness, malfunctions, the operation of individual units or equipment, performance characteristics, or suitability for its intended use. The buyer must collect the vehicle at their own expense and risk no later than the day the purchase-sale agreement is signed. If the buyer does not collect the vehicle within the specified period, from the following day they will be required to compensate for all vehicle storage and other costs related to its keeping.
