MATENG VGM DYNAMIC160 - a robust, heavy-duty, verge flail mower (mulcher). This mower is designed for professional use, for cutting and mulching tall and untidy grass, as well as small branches on slopes, roadsides, water body banks, and uneven surfaces. VGM DYNAMIC160 is suitable for tractors from 80 HP (horsepower). The mower is mounted at the rear of the tractor to the three-point hitch system, driven at 540 rpm from the power take-off (PTO) via a connected PTO shaft. The gearbox transmits rotation through 4 V-belts to the cutting shaft on which the cutting hammers are mounted. The blade shaft bearings with housings are conveniently and easily maintained and can be replaced if necessary. The VGM DYNAMIC160 mower is equipped with strong and heavy "T" shaped hammers, each weighing 1.370 kg! The cutting height is adjusted using the support roller and side support skids. The support roller has two operating positions: cut grass is thrown behind the roller or cut grass is thrown in front of the roller (compressed). In VGM DYNAMIC models, the support roller bearings are mounted inside it, which extends their service life. With the help of the hydraulic arm, the position of the mower can be changed in certain directions - horizontally and vertically to the surface being cut (four hydraulic connections at the rear of the tractor are required for connection). The tilt angle downwards is up to 50°, upwards up to 90°.
