MATENG RF Power 220 - a heavy, robustly constructed flail mower (mulcher) with hydraulic side shift, designed for professional use, for cutting and mulching tall and untidy grass, small bushes, and branches. This mulcher is suitable for tractors from 60 HP (horsepower). The mower is mounted at the rear of the tractor to the three-point linkage system, driven at 540 rpm from the power take-off (PTO) connected by a PTO shaft. The RF Power 220 mower can also be mounted on the tractor's front linkage. The gearbox transfers rotation through 4 V-belts to a horizontally mounted cutting shaft, on which the cutting hammers are attached. The RF Power 220 mower comes equipped with sturdy "T" shaped hammers, each weighing 0.780 kg. With the help of a hydraulic cylinder, the position of the mower can be changed - shifted to the side in a horizontal direction (two hydraulic connections are required for hookup). The cutting height is adjustable in three positions using the roller located at the rear of the mower. The discharge flow of the cut grass can be directed behind the rear roller or in front of it, allowing the grass to be shredded (mulched) even further.
