Aerodynamic cleaners
Impellers alone are not suitable for use in cleaning equipment. They create a non-uniform cross-section and highly turbulent flow; the air moves progressively, rotates, and swirls – resulting in turbulence. Meanwhile, ALS separators feature a highly efficient aerodynamic system due to a special straightening device. It is installed immediately after the impeller and eliminates all the aforementioned disadvantages of the impeller itself. The straightener in ALS separators increases grain separation accuracy by 20-30% compared to separators with only a rotor and fan.

Light fraction trap ULF

New device! ALS aerodynamic separators are equipped with additional equipment – a light fraction trap (ULF). The main function of the new device is to catch and retain light impurities from the air stream exiting the separator.

OSC scalper (vibro screen)

When the impurity content of the raw material exceeds 5% or you need to clean a grain mixture or herb seeds, we strongly recommend using additional cleaning equipment – the OSC scalper. It separates any large fractions from the raw material, such as stones, clumps of soil, straw, spikes, sticks, etc. The OSC is designed to work together with the ALS grain cleaner but can also be used separately as a primary cleaner.

What crops can you clean using RBS drum grain cleaners?
RBS grain cleaners can handle absolutely any crops. For each crop, there is a separate set of screens and perforated aspiration settings to choose from. Therefore, working with different screens will result in different cleaning capacities. RBS capacity is specified for cleaning wheat with a weight of 760 kg/m3.
Why is an aspirator needed?
The aspirator allows for the separation of light impurities and dust from the grain before it reaches the drum. Reducing small impurities in the grain helps decrease the number of screens and replace them with sleeves, which significantly increases the machine's productivity. Furthermore, not all debris impurities can be separated on screens. For example, husks can only be removed by air flow.
What is included in the set?
A complete RBS grain cleaner set includes a drum separator, a guide disc, one set of screens and, optionally, an aspirator with a suction system (fan and cyclone with a lock compartment).
What ensures the reliability of the RBS?
RBS grain cleaners have a durable body consisting of powder-coated steel plates. However, the main advantage of RBS separators is the simple drum drive. This type of drive reduces noise and vibration levels during operation, which minimizes torque losses. If the drum becomes overloaded, a separator with this drive will display an error, whereas on a standard one, the belts would slip and start to burn. Therefore, with our drive, the separator will not have problems related to belt or, eventually, pulley wear and premature replacement.
