Pakeisti nauji priekiniai amortizatoriai, vairo traukės, priekiniai sailentblokai, atliktas ratų suvedimas. Naujai pagamintos ir pakeistos aukšto bei žemo slėgio vairo stiprintuvo žarnos. Restauruoti priekiniai žibintai.
Pakeistos visos garso kolonėlės, sumontuotas papildomas stiprintuvas bei neoriginali (aftermarket) magnetola (iki pilno komplekto trūksta tik žemų dažnių garsiakalbio).
Pridedami ratlankių adapteriai iš 5x100 į 5x112.
Smulkūs defektai:
- Dugnas labai gražus ir nesupuvęs, tačiau išoriškai yra nedidelių rūdelių, kėbului praverstų šiek tiek kosmetinio dėmesio.
- Automobilis stovėjo apie 3–4 mėnesius, todėl stabdant jaučiamas mušimas (rekomenduojama pasikeisti galinius diskus).
- Turbinos šlanga nuo turbinos iki chargepipe jau pavargusi, bet gal dar spėsiu ją pakeisti.
- Nepasileidžia keleivio langas atidarius duris.
- Kartais aušinimo skysčio temperatūros rodyklė skydelyje trumpam užkyla iki raudonos zonos ir po kelių minučių grįžta (kompiuterinė diagnostika tuo metu rodo realią, gerą temperatūrą).
- Sugedo turbinos slėgio daviklis - yra galiojanti FMIC garantija ir sąskaitos, detalę turėtų pakeisti nauja.
- Pakeitus į našesnį DW65 kuro siurblį, mišinys šiuo metu šiek tiek per riebus, todėl reikėtų minimaliai pakoreguoti programą.
Automobilyje yra ir daugiau smulkių patobulinimų, kuriuos galėsiu papasakoti vietoje. Parduodama tokia būklė, kokia yra, investuota daug laiko bei lėšų.
Modifications:
- Hybrid turbine Turbosystems upgraded (purchased new, supports 350+ HP).
- Large FMIC.pl intercooler.
- Ramair sports filter with heatshield.
- New silicone TIP (Turbo Inlet Pipe).
- FMIC.pl Downpipe.
- Metal DV/BOV valve.
- New, higher-performance DW65 fuel pump.
- Cloud9Customs crankcase breather kit (Catch Can) with a metal housing.
- Innovate Motorsports additional gauge with AFR (air/fuel ratio) and Boost readings.
- Quality engine remapping performed (not dyno-tested).
New front shock absorbers, tie rods, and front bushings have been replaced; wheel alignment has been performed. High and low-pressure power steering hoses have been newly manufactured and replaced. Headlights have been restored.
All speakers have been replaced, an additional amplifier and an aftermarket head unit have been installed (only a subwoofer is missing for a complete setup).
Wheel adapters from 5x100 to 5x112 are included.
Minor defects:
- The underbody is very clean and not rotten, but there are small rust spots externally; the bodywork could use some cosmetic attention.
- The car stood for about 3–4 months, so there is a vibration felt when braking (it is recommended to replace the rear discs).
- The turbo hose from the turbine to the chargepipe is worn out, but I might still manage to replace it.
- The passenger window does not drop/activate when opening the door.
- Sometimes the coolant temperature needle on the dashboard briefly rises to the red zone and returns after a few minutes (computer diagnostics show the real, correct temperature at that time).
- The turbo pressure sensor failed - there is a valid FMIC warranty and invoices, the part should be replaced with a new one.
- After replacing with the higher-performance DW65 fuel pump, the mixture is currently slightly too rich, so the program needs a minimal adjustment.
The car has more minor improvements that I can tell you about on-site. Sold in its current condition; a lot of time and funds have been invested.
