Description of the seed drill working elements
The gauge wheel, connected to the coulter via a parallelogram suspension, accurately follows all field irregularities and ensures constant sowing depth control.

Furrow formation
The cutting disc and anchor coulter form a V-shaped furrow in the soil.
The disc and anchor are made of high-quality boron steel, characterized by high wear resistance.
The disc is mounted at an 11-degree angle to the longitudinal axis of the seed drill.
The anchor is pressed against the disc by a spring to ensure stable operation in the soil.

Seed placement
Seeds are pressed into the soil by a special pressing element made of elastic and resistant polymer plastic.
A closing (press) wheel installed behind the coulter covers the furrow with loose soil and compacts it.

Adjustment options
The pressure force and attack angle of the closing wheel are adjusted by a spring and an adjustable bracket.
The pressure of the cutting disc into the soil is adjusted by a vertical spring and can be increased up to 200 kg.
The sowing depth is adjusted by an eccentric on which the gauge wheel rests – from 1 to 12 cm.

Arrangement of working elements
The coulters are arranged in two rows.
Standard row spacing – 19 cm.
It is possible to shift the front row of coulters relative to the other and sow wide-row crops with spacings of 38, 57, or 76 cm.
In such cases, fertilization is performed by the front row of coulters – to the side and deeper than the main crop.

Flexible configuration
A hybrid coulter scheme is possible, e.g.: 12–26 cm, 13–25 cm.
It is also possible to disable some of the coulters:
o every second one (resulting in 38 cm row spacing),
o according to the scheme 19–19–38 (two working, one skipped).
Disabled coulters are mechanically blocked, so they do not participate in the sowing process and do not wear out.

Description of the electric seeding drive

The electric seeding drive mechanism (Müller or Startec) ensures very precise seed rate setting. The seeding rate can be changed from the cabin in 10-gram increments, allowing the operator to quickly adapt to soil conditions or technological requirements.

Additionally, the seed drill can be equipped with an Isobus module, which allows for differentiated sowing according to maps or control computer tasks. This provides the opportunity to automatically change the seed rate in different field zones, optimizing yield and reducing costs.
